New Features:
- Atmospheric first level that teaches players basic movement mechanics while offering gorgeous firework effects and scenery
- Challenge Hayate the Thunder Demon in his personal area atop the town's towers - will you beat him, or get a lightning-fast smackdown?
- New final level with lightning shooting down from the sky at the player as they climb up to Hayate
- Building up a high combo ascends Daisuke to foxfire mode, which creates firey afterimages of him
- Palanquins have invaded the parade level! Tiger warriors escort these special guests and will retaliate if you smash their precious cargo
- Dramatic new death sequence that puts the "die" in "Daisuke"
Quality of Life Updates:
- Wanyudo's movements are more predictable and gives players more time to react
- The camera zooms out in platform sections, allowing players to see where they are going better
- The transition between the end of the level and the result screen is no longer abrupt
- Control screen in the pause menu to help players refresh each move
